I want to break free. I feel so claustrophobic in this life. Etiquette, high society, being a 'lady'. It's like I'm stuck in a bad dream and I can't wake up. Who's going to save me? Who's gonna help me? People think I'm privileged. Silver spoon and all.

Is she smiling? Is she not? What's going through her mind? You never know what exactly is going through a person's mind. What's they've been through, what they've seen. She might be smiling at Leo, trying to win his affection. Then again, she might be putting on a brave face because her husband is cheating on her with her best friend.
